We value continuity, quality and closeness to our clients. Since Fondita is an independent company where majority of shares in the company are owned by the employees, it is just as important to us, as to you, that the funds perform really, really well. Together we work hard towards our common goal!

All our clients’ investments are invested in our company’s eight equity funds. Furthermore, Fondita has no business operations other than fund management and we act responsibly in all our procedures.

Facility in Germany

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1160 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 amending Directive 2009/65/EC and 2011/61/EU, Fondita Fund Management Company has appointed FE fundinfo with registered address 6 Boulevard des Lumières, Belvaux, 4369, Luxembourg to provide the facilities to perform the tasks detailed in Article 92(1).  For the contact details of the entity who can process subscriptions, repurchase and redemption orders and make other payments to unit-holders relating to the units of the UCITS in the above mentioned country, contact FE fundinfo at the following email address: fa_gfr@fefundinfo.com  

Redemption requests for Units can be submitted to the facility for forwarding to the Fund Management Company. Investors resident in Germany may request that all payments (redemption proceeds, any dividends and other payments) be forwarded to them via the facility. Investors resident in Germany shall, via the facility, have access to the same information and documentation made available to investors in Finland. Complaints regarding your investment in the fund can be sent to the facility. The prospectus, key investor information, articles of association, and annual and semi-annual reports shall be available free of charge in hard copy from the facility. Issue, redemption, and conversion prices shall also be available free of charge from the facility.

Erik Wikström

Erik has a double master’s degree in Economics from Hanken School of Economics and Sustainable Technology from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Erik is an EFFAS Cerified ESG Analyst (CESGA) and has worked with SFDR implementation as well as developed and implemented ESG analysis within Nordea's credit decision processes.

Fredrik works with customer relations, sales and marketing at Fondita since 2013. Fredrik was previously working as Development Director at Mandatum Life in Helsinki. Fredrik has an MSc in Business and Economics from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.

Marcus Björkstén

Portfolio Manager, Head of Portfolio Management

Marcus has been our portfolio manager since 2019. He joined us from Evli, where he had worked as a portfolio manager since 2010. At Fondita, Marcus is the head manager of Fondita Sustainable World and Fondita Finland Micro Cap. Marcus manages Fondita Global Megatrends together with Janna Haahtela. He has a master’s degree in economics from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki. Marcus also holds CEFA and CESGA certificates.

Kenneth Blomqvist

Portfolio manager

Kenneth has been working as a portfolio manager at Fondita since May 2011. Before that, he worked at Svenska Handelsbanken, where he handled equity funds on the European and Nordic markets. He is the head manager of Fondita European Micro Cap and our Nordic small cap funds. Additionally, he manages the Fondita Global Small Cap fund together with Janna Haahtela. Kenneth graduated from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki with a master’s degree in economics.

Janna Haahtela

Portfolio manager

Janna has been a portfolio manager at Fondita since 2021. Janna was previously working as a portfolio manager for Aktia Bank and managed European equity funds from 2014-2021. At Fondita, Janna is the head manager of Fondita Healthcare, Fondita Global Megatrends, and Fondita Global Small Cap. Additionally, she manages the Fondita European Micro Cap fund together with Kenneth Blomqvist and the Fondita Sustainable World fund together with Marcus Björkstén. Janna has a MSc in Business and Economics from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki. Janna also holds CEFA and CESGA certificates.

Anton Enestam

Anton has worked at Fondita 2011 and serves as the company’s compliance officer.

Jonatan Gröndahl

Jonatan has been working at Fondita’s back office since 1998 and handles the company’s and the funds’ accounting.

Patrik Wickström

CEO

Patrik has worked at Fondita since 2002. He was appointed CEO in October 2024.

Magnus von Knorring

Magnus is one of Fondita’s founders and chairman of the board at Fondita. He works with client relations, sales and marketing. Before Fondita, he co-founded Carnegie’s operations in Finland and held the managing director position. Magnus has a master’s degree in economics from the School of Business and Economics at Åbo Akademi University.
